AITP-RTP Meeting – Navigating the Path to Thoughtful Leadership.  Are you ready to be . . . better?

Navigating a path to becoming a more thoughtful leader requires an understanding and awareness of how managers evolve, how transactions can morph into transformations, and how mindset and intent can drive organization value beyond expectations.

Join us for a rollicking discussion about next-generation leaders ready to optimize and advance their connections, conversations, and collaborations!

VENUE:  NC State University Club

Our Speakers:

Ken Russell

Dr. Ken Russell is an award-winning technologist, trusted digital transformation leader, and innovation amplifier. He is an author, speaker, and board member known for helping organizations define and pursue their digital transformation journeys with guiding experience, connections, conversations, and collaborations. Key to his success as an active practitioner and coach/mentor is helping senior executives embrace the value of values and prepare for next generation processes and workplace challenges (including policy/process development, validation of technology vision/direction, road-mapping, and Enterprise Architecture).

Currently the Chief Information and Innovation Officer at the New College Institute.

Past leadership roles/experience include CIO, Chief Digital Transformation Leader, Chief Architect, and SVP roles.

John Ruppel

John Ruppel has been helping leaders and their organizations successfully adopt and transform into dynamic ways of thinking and working (like Agile or DevOps) for over two decades. John authors standards, certification, and training classes. He then consults, mentors, and coaches real world transformations to ensure the standards definitions and classroom content are relevant.

The bottom line is this: success is defined by the customer’s ability to achieve results by flowing value to their customer, improving quality of life for the employees, and—why not have some fun along the journey?
