About Our Speaker:

With over 20 years in education and as a successful business owner Teresa Molter utilizes her experience and insight to help people identify gaps that hinder their growth. Working for John Maxwell for the past six years, she brings her passion for coaching leaders and speaking to corporate markets and organizations who want to improve employee mindset and communication skills to ultimately achieve better results.
