Summary:

One day you are at the top of your game and in the prime of your career, and the next you are facing a layoff, job loss, or other transition due to market shifts, new technologies, and other circumstances. This is especially difficult for senior-level management and those in the later stages of their careers. We discuss how to handle the transition from leader to job seeker, and more importantly, reinvent yourself to maximize your opportunities and get back to the top.
